Vlad Mage

Here's just a quick sketch for a friend of mine, Vlad, who told me he wanted me to draw him a Mage. While not providing much information except - boots, a tunic, and a fireball - the rest I had to wing it. More or less, I didn't really plan much with it, except to speedily draw this piece in the typical John-Byrne-esque stylings, and see where it would go... Yet, there are a few bits I did tend to like with this piece, like twirling the staff as well as this guy's face... just looks like some wild-man!
